You may update your payment details on the website here
Alternatively, you may follow the steps below
- Log in to your account.
- Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner and head to your Account Settings.
- Select 'Plan Settings'.
- Select ‘Manage’ on the plan you would like to update.
- Scroll down to 'Delivery and payment' and click 'Edit' to make the necessary changes.
- Click 'Save'.
On your HelloFresh App :
- Log in to your account on the app.
- Click on the 'Settings' icon at the bottom right-hand corner
- Click on 'Plan Settings' and select the plan you would like to update
- Click 'Payment Method' then select your desired delivery day.
- Update your payment information and click 'Save'.
